Latitudes brought structure to a technology estate that had grown without a plan. Their expertise is deep enough that they could sell us almost anything, and what they actually do is steer us away from what we do not need. We have never been locked into a contract, and we have never wanted to leave.

They bring a roadmap ahead of each fiscal year, tell us what can wait and what cannot, and back it with reasoning we can take to our stakeholders. The recommendation always starts with what we are trying to accomplish, not with a product they happen to like.

What we bought was managed IT. What we got was an operations partner. Latitudes rebuilt our onboarding and offboarding into a documented process and tightened up license management, and they did it inside the platforms we already owned rather than selling us something new. They have the depth to recommend anything, and the judgment to recommend only what fits how we run.

Our margins depend on getting people productive fast. Latitudes standardized our provisioning so a new hire is fully configured on day one, every time. They clearly know these systems at a level most providers do not, but the design decisions came out of our commercial pressures, not out of a preferred stack.

Latitudes has talked us out of spending more than once, which changed how I read every recommendation they make. They map technology to actual business need, flag renewals before they auto-bill, and have consolidated us off tools we were paying for twice. When they do say we need to invest, I have no doubt it is because we need it.

Our stakeholders ask serious questions about data handling and security posture. Latitudes answers them with the evidence behind them and has joined leadership discussions to walk through it directly. They have the technical authority to hold that conversation, and they have never used it to steer us toward something we did not need.
