Latitudes Technology Consulting LLC operates latitudes.io. This notice explains how we handle information from this website, enquiries, and website measurement. Separate services may provide their own privacy notices.
Information you provide
When you contact us, we receive the details you submit, which may include your name, email address, phone number, company, message, and whether you need support. We use this information to respond, understand your requirements, and provide requested services. Please do not include passwords, payment details, or sensitive records in the contact form.
Website operation
Our hosting and security providers process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, requested pages, and request times to deliver the website, diagnose problems, and protect it from abuse. Contact-form services process submissions to deliver your enquiry.
Analytics and advertising measurement
Our Measurement preferences control lets you allow or decline Google Analytics and OpenAI measurement. We store your choice in your browser so it applies on later visits to this site.
- Google Analytics: We use page and enquiry events to understand website usage. Analytics storage defaults to denied. Google’s tag loads with Consent Mode enabled and may send limited cookieless signals while storage is denied. Allowing measurement enables analytics storage. Google advertising storage, advertising user data, and advertising personalization remain disabled in our configuration.
- OpenAI: If you allow measurement, the ChatGPT Ads Measurement Pixel sends page-view events and confirmed sales-enquiry events to help attribute enquiries to ads. Requests may include page information, browser and device information, and identifiers used for measurement. OpenAI’s automatic matching may use contact details converted into hashes in your browser to match an enquiry with an ad interaction. Hashing changes the format of those details; it does not make them anonymous. Our custom event payloads do not include form messages or raw contact details.
A support request or a visit to the thank-you page alone is not recorded by our custom tracking as a sales enquiry. An unanswered support question is also excluded. Enquiry measurement requires consent at the time the successful submission is confirmed; declining it does not prevent you from contacting us.

Your choices
Select Measurement preferences at the bottom of the page to change your choice. Declining stops future OpenAI measurement events and returns Google analytics storage to denied. It does not retract information already sent. You can also clear site storage or manage cookies in your browser. Choices are specific to this browser and website; they do not automatically apply to latitudes.dev or other linked websites.
Sharing, retention, and security
Information is processed by the providers needed to host, secure, measure, and operate this website and handle enquiries. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our services and users. We keep enquiry and operational records as needed to respond, provide services, meet legal requirements, and resolve disputes. Measurement providers apply their own retention practices. We use safeguards appropriate to the information involved, but no transmission or storage system is completely secure.

For privacy questions or requests to access, correct, or delete information you have provided, email support@latitudes.io or use our contact page. We may need to verify your identity and consider applicable record-keeping requirements before fulfilling a request.
